Refund policy

1. All Sale Items and Discounted Items

All items on sale and/or discounted by 20% or more are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale items are eligible for exchanges of the same item in a different size. Items are final sale, no refunds, or store credit.

2. Items purchased at retailers (in-store)

Items purchased at Accent & Co. must adhere to their return and exchange policy.

Items purchased in store at a retailer must adhere to the return and exchange policy of the retailer. Items purchased in-store at a retailer cannot be sent for return or exchange online.

Items purchased online at lestudio-s.com cannot be returned in store, and cannot be returned to Accent & Co.

3. Exchange Policy - Online

If you'd like to exchange your item please send us an email: info@lestudio-s.com within 20 days of the shipping date for online orders, or within 20 days of purchase for in-store purchases. You will be responsible to send the item(s) back to us if you require an exchange. Items for exchange must be shipped within the 20 days of the original shipping date, or 20 days of purchase for in-store purchases. 

Item(s) can only be exchanged once for the same item in a different size. Item(s) must be in un-worn condition (new). Exchanges may be rejected if the items have make up stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume. After receipt and our review of the item(s) to be in satisfactory condition, we will ship out your new item(s). Rejected exchanges will result in the original item being sent back to the customer.

If you don't want an exchange, we can give you a store credit of 100% of what you paid (excluding shipping). Please see Store Credit section below. 

After 20 days, we will no longer accept exchanges.

We recommend insuring your package and shipping through a major courier such as Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS. For packages that are lost or not delivered to Le Studio, we are unable to provide an exchange.

4. Return Policy - Online

If you'd like to return your item please send us an email: info@lestudio-s.com within 20 days of the shipping date for online orders, or within 20 days of purchase for in-store purchases.  You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. Items for return must be shipped within the 20 days of the original shipping date, or 20 days of purchase for in-store purchases. A $4 USD restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount.

Item(s) must be in un-worn condition (new). Returns may be rejected if the items have make up stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume. After receipt and our review of the item(s) to be in satisfactory condition, we will ship out your new item(s). You will be issued a refund to your original form of payment. We can only provide a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Rejected returns will result in the item being sent back to the customer.

If you don't want a refund, we can give you a store credit of 100% of what you paid (excluding shipping). Please see Store Credit section below. 

After 20 days, we will no longer accept returns.

For purchases completed with Apple Pay, if you a new card number has been issued, we will not be able to process the refund. In such cases store credit can be provided.

Previously placed orders will not be price matched during sale periods.

5. Package Loss/Shortage/Damage

Le Studio is not responsible for the loss (ie. theft), shortage, or damaged (in transit) of packages once they have been delivered. Please ensure you closely follow the delivery of your shipment and be ready to receive the package. We do not provide refunds for lost, shortage, or damaged packages. Please submit a claim within 5 days after your package was marked delivered. Without a claim within the 5 days of delivery, the package will be considered as truly delivered. 

To submit a claim, please contact us through a customer service representative at info@lestudio-s.com and include your name, order number, and details of the issue (loss, shortage, damage).

Claims are taken forward with the courier's insurance, and are subject to approval of the insurance provider.

6. Store Credit - Online

If you don't want an exchange or return, we can give you a store credit of 100% of what you paid (excluding shipping). The conditions above for exchanges and returns apply.

You will be responsible to send the items back to us, and any shipping costs if applicable. Upon receipt and review of the item(s), the store credit will be granted. 

After 20 days, we will no longer issue store credit.

We recommend insuring your package and shipping through a major courier such as Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS. For packages that are lost or not delivered to Le Studio, we are unable to provide store credit.

7. Pre-Order/Back Ordered Items - Exchanges and Returns, Store credit - Online

The conditions above apply to pre-orders.

Previously placed orders will not be price matched during sale periods.

8. In Store at Le Studio - Exchanges and Returns

Please see section above if you have purchased from a retailer other than Le Studio. This section below applies to direct purchases from Le Studio. If you are purchasing from Accent & Co., section 2 above applies.

If you'd like to return or exchange your item(s), the conditions above apply. You can visit us in person within 20 days of the shipping date for online orders, or within 20 days of purchase for in-store purchases. Please bring your item(s) and proof of purchase. 

Items must be in their original condition, unworn with no damage. We reserve the right to reject any item that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Returns and/or exchanges may be rejected if the items have make up stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume. 

After 20 days, we will no longer accept returns or entertain store credit.

Previously placed orders will not be price matched during sale periods.

9. International Orders (Outside Canada & USA) - Online

International orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. International orders are final sale. As such, we offer a 24 hour grace period for which the order can be cancelled. After 24 hours, the item(s) will be processed and shipped, and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

10. Order Cancellation - Online

Only orders from outside of Canada and the USA have a 48 hour period for which the order can be cancelled on written request. Please email info@lestudio-s.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

Orders from within Canada and the USA do not have a 48 hour grace period, and cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the return and exchange sections for options available to you.
