Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with LE STUDIO. We want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, please review our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeline
• The 14-Day Window: Return requests must be submitted, and items must be shipped back, within 14 days of your order being marked as "Delivered."
• Response Time: We respond to emails within 48 hours. To ensure you stay within the policy window, please avoid emailing on the final day of the 14-day period.
• Condition: Items must be new, unused, and have all original tags attached.
• Policy Compliance: Items shipped that do not adhere to this policy will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
2. Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items
• Final Sale: All items marked "Final Sale" and all Sale items (including Holiday, Black Friday, and Archive sales) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Promo Codes: Orders placed using promo codes (e.g., the 10% Welcome code) are non-refundable and are eligible for store credit only.
• Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered or back-ordered items are made-to-order and are eligible for store credit only.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@lestudio-s.com right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• Quality Assurance: To ensure the highest standards, we do not ship pre-packaged goods. Every item is individually inspected by two team members and hand-steamed before shipping.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@lestudio-s.com with your Order Number.
• Restocking Fee: A $8 USD restocking fee is deducted from mailed refunds. There is no restocking fee if you choose store credit.
• Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
• Secure Shipping: We recommend insuring your package and using a major courier (Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS). LE STUDIO is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
5. Processing & Refunds
• Method: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Timeline: It typically takes 2 weeks for packages to arrive at our Toronto warehouse. Once received, please allow 2–5 business days for our team to review the items.
• Separate Orders: Items from different orders cannot be combined within the same return package.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check all information before completing your purchase. Additionally, we do not offer price matching for previously placed orders during sale periods.
